This is one of those opals that is so frustrating to photograph because I just couldn't capture the fire and vibrance in this stunning gemstone! 

With firey flashes of red, orange, gold and just a hint of green and blue there is great 3D depth to the colour in this opal - it draws your attention deep in to the stone and with every movement the colour flicks to another area.  Beautifully set in 925 sterling silver with a peep hole at the back and double bale for a contemporary look. 

This is a solid, natural Australian opal from outback South Australia.
